Paid Membership Terms & Conditions
Access to the site's members-only areas require entering payment information during a sign-up process. The sign-up pages used for this are on a secure server at a third-party order processing company. Ordering a membership means that the following terms and conditions of membership will also apply.
Membership Fees
A member, also referred to as a subscriber, is responsible for paying periodic membership fees according to the then-current terms of this site. These fees are non-refundable once the member has used the username and password to access the site (unless the site was misrepresented at time of purchase). Memberships will be automatically renewed for the original length upon expiration, unless we are notified seven (7) days prior to membership expiration. Trial subscriptions will renew at the monthly membership rate unless we are notified one (1) day prior to expiration. Until a membership is cancelled in accordance with the terms on this page, the member authorizes this site, or its billing agent, to charge member for the continuing cost of membership.
Termination, Cancellation, Refunds
Memberships may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either the site or the member upon notification of the other via the approved cancellation forms, electronic mail, or by fax. When termination is requested by a member, the membership fees are not refunded. If a refund is issued for some other reason, it will be made by crediting the credit card (or other approved facility) that was used to make the original purchase. No refunds are made by cash or check. Site is not responsible for refunding third-party fees related to any purchase including financial account overlimit fees, insufficient funds, and lost interest. Members remain responsible for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Members may use any email address on the site to submit their termination requests.
Nonassignability/Theft of Login
Memberships and related login information may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Each member must keep their login strictly confidential. Members must promptly inform the site of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of their login information. Until the site is notified by email of any breach in security, the member is responsible for any unauthorized use. Unauthorized access to the site is a breach of this agreement and a violation of law.
Limited License Granted to Member
Memberships to the site are provided only for personal, non-commercial use by the individual purchaser of the membership. Members are granted a single copy license to download (on a single computer only) or print copies of any of the information found on the site for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use of the site, or any material located on it, is strictly prohibited and may violate intellectual property laws. In addition, members may not modify any of the materials found on the site; use them for any public display, performance, sale or rental; remove, modify or alter any copyright or other proprietary notice, or trademarks therefrom; or transfer any material located on the site to any other person or entity. The site reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if a member breaches the terms of this agreement, in which case the member will be obligated to immediately destroy any information downloaded, printed or otherwise copied from the site.
Bookmarking
Members who bookmark a webpage on the site, bypassing the warning and/or terms and conditions page(s), are implicitly accepting these Terms and Conditions and are explicitly acknowledging their age of majority.
Standard Disclaimer
The materials on the site are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, noninfringement of intellectual property or fitness for a particular purpose. The site offers no assurance of uninterrupted or error free service, and does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained on the site. Any of the information offered on the site may change at any time without notice. In no event shall the site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the material or information available on the site, even if the site has been advised of such damages. Whenever the site enables members to share information with other members, members agree not to submit, publish, or display on the service any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of any material that violates any federal, state, or local law, is prohibited and is a breach of this agreement. Members agree not to engage in advertising to, or solicitation of other members to buy or sell any products or services through the site without prior written consent. Members are responsible for information they send or display through the site even if a claim should arise after termination of service. All messages shall be deemed to be readily accessible to the general public. Members should not use the site for any communication for which the sender intends only the sender and the intended recipient(s) to read. Notice is hereby given that all messages entered into this site can and may be read by the operators of the site, whether or not they are the intended recipient(s).
Notices
This agreement may be updated or adjusted and changes are effective without notice to each member. Notices from site to members may be given by means of electronic messages through the site, by a general posting on the site, or by conventional mail. Notices from members to the site or site may be given by electronic messages (email), unless otherwise specified in the site support area or on the site. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding the site must be directed through the site support pages.
